Nonlinear effects become more and more important in our understanding of QCD as experimental efforts progress to higher energies and/or large nuclear targets. I will present an infrared safe, nonlinear renormalization group approach, justified for central collisions at small Bjorken x (large energies) and large nuclei. The emergence of a new density driven scale leads to a selfconsistent treatment with consequences that apply to a wide variety of experiments such as ep, eA and AA collisions as performed or planned at HERA, EIC, RHIC and LHC.
