“Machine Learning for Hamiltonian Learning in One-Dimensional Spin Chains”
Abstract: This work presents a machine-learning approach to extract Hamiltonian parameters from STM-ESR data in one-dimensional quantum spin chains. Leveraging spin excitations in presence of quantum impurities, the algorithm identifies complex interactions as Heisenberg exchange and Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interactions, advancing the understanding of quantum spin many-body systems.
