Accommodation

• Rooms have been prebooked in Töölö Towers (distributed by the organisers) and the Hotel Ava.
  (As of 31 Jan our quota of 10 rooms at TT and 30 rooms at Ava is full.)
• Hotel AVA is located in the Helsinki district of Vallila, approximately 3 km from the city center but within walking distance from the Department of Physics - see the How to get there page for details.
• Please make the reservation as soon as possible and no later than 1 February using the reference 'Holograv Network workshop' by e-mail:
  Hotel Ava: varaukset@ava.fi. We will cover accommodation costs of participants in the first place by having the hotel bill from Ava sent directly to us.
• Hotels closer to the center of Helsinki we have used are Hotel Cumulus Kaisaniemi or Hotel Arthur. One can also use various services e.g. Hotels.com or Booking.com to find hotels.
