• Rooms have been prebooked in the Hotel Seurahuone (Kaivokatu 12, Helsinki, Hotel's website). The hotel is located at the city center very near the Finnair airport city bus terminal and the main railway station.

• The rates for the rooms are 120.60€/night for one person, 146.60€/night for two persons.
